Friends Hair Design has been on Mersea for over 18 years and is very involved and committed to supporting the local community. For the second year running we sponsored the trophy for the Ladies regatta at West Mersea yacht club. The event run by the Yacht club took place on 23rd July and is solely for lady sailors; it includes a day of racing with ladies at the helmet both dinghies and cruisers.
Salon owner and avid sailor Louise Dean says “We were really pleased to be sponsoring this local event and be involved in community activity. It’s important to the team at Friends Hair Design to be support our clients in their local events. It was a great event and everyone enjoyed the day. We hope to be involved in this event and other local events in 2016.”
Friends offered all participants on the day a special ladies regatta discount off their next hair appointment.
